Terms of Service

RivoArtAI generates images and video from text, from an image, or by extending a clip you provide. Outputs are produced by automated models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method under your control. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the generation systems, or creates risk for other people.

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and files you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that material only as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. You confirm you have the rights required to upload what you submit, including the likeness of any person in a reference image.

Do not submit content that is illegal, that sexually depicts a minor, or that you are not allowed to use. We may remove content and restrict accounts that do this.

Paid plans are sold inside the app by Apple or Google, not by this website. The price, currency, trial length, and renewal period are the ones shown by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm the purchase. Those stores charge your payment method and renew the subscription until you cancel.

Cancel in the store account that you used to subscribe:

• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app, or deleting your RivoArtAI account, does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their rules. Contact the store first. We cannot charge or refund a card that the store holds.

You can delete your account from inside the app. The public steps, the data that is removed, and the subscription warning are published at https://www.rivoartai.com/account-deletion. You may also email support@rivoartai.com.

Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, do not attempt to extract the models, and do not use the service to break the law. Generation limits on a plan are part of the product. Circumventing them is a breach of these terms.

The service is not for children under 13, or under the higher age required where you live.

The service is provided as available. Models change, and a feature described on the website may ship in a later app version. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for store billing decisions made by Apple or Google. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms where the law allows that. Questions: support@rivoartai.com.
