Delete your account
You can delete a RivoArtAI account from the app. This page is the public record of that path, for you and for the stores.

Open the app
Sign in on the iPhone or Android phone that uses the account.

Open Settings
Tap the Me tab, then Settings. Delete account is the last item on that screen.

Confirm the deletion
The app first checks whether the account can be deleted. If it can, a dialog explains that the deletion is permanent. Confirm in that dialog to finish. If the app shows an error instead, email us.

If you cannot open the app
Email support@rivoartai.com from the address on the account. Include the store you subscribed with, if any. We delete the account after we confirm it is yours.
What is deleted
We delete or anonymize the account profile, prompts, uploaded references, and generated files tied to the account. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it, for example a fraud hold or a tax record of a store purchase. Apple and Google keep their own transaction history.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store first if you do not want another charge. A deletion while a subscription is active does not refund the current period.
