Privacy Policy

• Account details, such as an email address or a sign-in identifier from Apple or Google.
• Prompts, reference images, and other content you submit so the App can generate images or video.
• Messages you send to support@rivoartai.com.
• The fact that you asked us to delete your account, and the records we must keep to complete that request.

When you use the App we may process:

• Device and app identifiers needed to run the App, diagnose crashes, and prevent abuse (for example an installation identifier, operating system version, device model, language, and time zone).
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications, used only to deliver messages you opted into.
• Coarse diagnostics such as crash logs and feature usage inside the App.

We do not sell this information.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a purchase token, product identifier, subscription status, and country of the store account so we can unlock the plan you bought. We do not receive your full payment card number. Refunds are handled by the store that charged you. See the Terms of Service.

• To provide image and video generation and to keep a generation history tied to your account.
• To operate subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To send the notifications you opted into.
• To secure the Services, investigate abuse, and comply with law.
• To answer support requests.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@rivoartai.com and we will delete it.

We share information with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the App and generated files, under contract.
• Apple or Google, to validate purchases and deliver notifications.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep account data while the account is open. You can delete the account in the App, or follow the public instructions at https://www.rivoartai.com/account-deletion. After a verified deletion request we delete or anonymize the account, prompts, and generated files associated with it, except records we must retain for fraud prevention, tax, or an active legal claim. Store purchase history remains with Apple or Google.

Deleting the App does not delete the account. Cancel the subscription in the store before or when you delete the account if you do not want to be billed again. Deleting the account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Email support@rivoartai.com to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to appeal a refusal where the law gives you that right. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder.

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. If a change is material we will also surface it in the App when the law requires notice.
